Your Restaurant Name ("we", "us") runs this website so you can view our menu and order food. This policy explains what information we collect when you use it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, mobile number, and (for delivery) your address, plus anything you type in the order notes.
If you pay by bank transfer: the payment screenshot or reference you upload, so we can match your payment.
If you create an account: your name, mobile number and a password (stored only in encrypted form).
If you use the contact form: your name, contact details and your message.
Your cart is stored in your own browser until you check out.

Why we use it

To prepare, deliver and confirm your order; to contact you about that order (by phone or WhatsApp); to check bank transfer payments; to answer your messages; and to keep the sales records the law requires.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Website analytics

We may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and menu items are popular. It uses cookies. It never receives your name, mobile number or address. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.

Who can see it

Only our staff who handle orders. Our website host stores the data on our behalf. We share it with no one else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for our accounts. Payment screenshots and messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve the order.
